Every field on this site, its source, and how much of it we actually have. The gaps are listed as plainly as the coverage.

What we do not have yet
Body corporate levies, pet by-laws, scheme type and whether a building has an on-site manager are the questions buyers most want answered, and they are the ones we cannot answer yet. There is no free, reliable, bulk source. The real source is the community management statement lodged for each scheme, which is a separate purchase per building.
Where you see a blank or "not verified" on this site, that is what it means. It is not an oversight and it is not zero. It means we have not confirmed it and will not guess.
Approved and under construction
Our pipeline list comes from published tower records and hand-entered projects. It is not yet drawn from the council development application register, so treat it as indicative. Application numbers, lodgement dates and approval status are on the list of things to add.
Licences
OpenStreetMap data is used under the Open Database Licence. Wikidata is CC0. Wikipedia text and Wikimedia Commons photographs are used under CC BY-SA with the author and licence shown on the page that uses them. If you are a rights holder and we have got an attribution wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
