An independent record of every apartment building on the Gold Coast. What it is, how tall, when it went up, what is on site, and where it stands.
Why this exists
If you want to know about an apartment listing, there are a dozen sites. If you want to know about the building, there is almost nothing. How tall is it, how many floors, what year did it go up, what is on the site, what else is going up next door. That information is scattered across mapping data, planning records and encyclopedia entries, and nobody had put it in one place for the Gold Coast. So we did.
What we sell
Nothing. We are not a real estate agency, we do not list property, and we are not paid by anyone whose building appears here. If that changes, this page will say so plainly.
How we treat facts
Every field on this site either comes from a named source or is left blank. We would rather a page say nothing than guess. That is why you will see gaps: unit counts, body corporate levies, pet rules and on-site management are mostly not published here yet, because there is no free and reliable source for them and we will not invent them.
Heights are structural, measured to the architectural top rather than the tip of an aerial, which is why some of our numbers are lower than a marketing brochure.
